To investigate the impact of laser communication terminal(LCT)effective distance and in-ter-satellite link(ISL)on the attributes of the"Starlink"satellite network,8 types of LCT effective dis-tances and 3 types of ISL rules are established based on network science theory, orbit theory, and LCT performance, focusing on satellite nodes and their connectivity. The"Starlink"satellite network model is then constructed.Through comparative analysis of the degree value and the average shortest path value of the"Starlink"satellite network across various LCT effective distances under different ISL rules,it is found that the effective distance of LCT is a crucial factor influencing the information trans-mission efficiency within the network.Additionally,ISL is identified as playing a significant role in en-hancing the interactive performance of network information transmission and increasing the informa-tion connectivity path. The research results provide a model reference for the multi-dimensional study of the"Starlink"satellite network and propose a novel approach to assessing the influence of network factors and the characteristics of ISL rules.
