Objective:To analyze the rehabilitative effect of balance acupuncture combined with intelligent rehabilita-tion system on hemiplegia after stroke. Methods:A total of 90 stroke patients who were treated in rehabilitative medicine department of our hospital from March 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=45,basic therapy+routine rehabilitation training)and observation group(n=45,basic therapy+balance acupuncture combined with intelligent rehabilitation system)according to random number table. Both groups were continuously treated for four weeks.Upper and lower limb muscle strength, balance capacity, motor function and ability of daily living(ADL)before and after treatment, quality of life(QOL)before treatment and after six-month follow-up were compared between two groups. Results:Compared with control group after treat-ment,there were significant rise in upper and lower limb muscle strength[manual muscle test(MMT)score],scores of ADL[(61.12±5.28)points vs.(82.04±3.51)points],Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)[(90.57±5.35)points vs.(112.08±6.16)points],Berg balance scale(BBS)[(35.33±3.19)points vs.(46.36±4.37)points]in observation group,P=0.001 all. After six-month follow-up,compared with control group, there were signifi-cant rise in each dimensional score and total score of short form 36 health survey(SF-36)[(74.81±5.77)points vs.(90.16±6.27)points]in observation group,P=0.001 all. Conclusion:Balance acupuncture combined with in-telligent rehabilitation system training can significantly improve the upper and lower limb muscle strength, promote the recovery of motor function and balance ability, reduce the patients'daily life dependence, and improve the qual-ity of life in hemiplegic patients after stroke, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
