Objective:To explore the influence of multidisciplinary teamwork management mode on the awareness state and cooperation degree of patients undergoing aortic valve replacement. Methods:A total of 200 patients un-dergoing aortic valve replacement treated in First Medical Center of General Hospital of Chinese PLA from August 2020 to August 2022,were randomly divided into routine group(n=100,routine treatment and nursing)and inter-vention group(n=100,received treatment and nursing based on multidisciplinary teamwork management mode),both groups were intervened for one month.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESd),scores of Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ),Glasgow coma scale(GCS)before and after intervention, and incidence of complications, cooperation and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results:After intervention, compared with routine group, there were significant rise in LVEF[(45.63±6.88)%vs.(50.40±5.33)%],all dimensional scores of SAQ,GCS score[(11.21±1.87)points vs.(13.08±1.09)points],and significant reductions in LVEDd[(51.94±5.03)mm vs.(48.92±6.92)mm],LVESd[(28.40±3.85)mm vs.(26.89±3.17)mm]in intervention group,P<0.01 all.Compared with routine group, there was significant reduction in total incidence rate of complications(10.0%vs.3.0%),and significant rise in cooperation(71.0%vs.93.0%)and nursing satisfaction(71.0%vs.92.0%)in in-tervention group,P<0.05 or<0.01.Conclusion:Multidisciplinary teamwork management can significantly im-prove cardiac function, quality of life, awareness state, cooperation degree and satisfaction in patients undergoing aortic valve replacement, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
