Effects of one-stop intervention mode on first-aid efficiency, incidence rate of adverse events and quality of life in patients with acute myocardial ischemia
Objective:To explore the effects of one-stop intervention mode on first-aid efficiency, incidence rate of ad-verse events and quality of life in patients with acute myocardial ischemia. Methods:A total of 120 patients with acute my-ocardial ischemia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected.According to double-blind method, they were divided into control group(received routine first-aid nursing)and study group(received one-stop in-tervention mode first-aid nursing),both groups were intervened for one month.Scores of self-perceived burden scale(SPBS),exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)and WHO quality of life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)before and after in-tervention,incidence rate of adverse events and satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results:Compared with the control group after intervention, there were significant rise in scores of ESCA[(99.68±7.78)points vs.(142.39± 5.26)points],WHOQOL-BREF[(68.33±4.98)points vs.(85.16±3.77)points]and family satisfaction rate(61.67%vs.85.00%),P<0.01all;and significant reductions in SPBS score[(39.56±3.51)points vs.(20.16±2.33)points]and incidence rate of adverse events(33.33%vs.10.00%)in the study group,P<0.01 all. Conclusion:The im-plementation of one-stop intervention mode management can significantly reduce incidence rate of adverse events,im-prove patients'self-care ability and quality of life, and satisfaction rate of patients'families in patients with acute myocar-dial ischemia, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
