Inflammatory cardiomyopathy is a general term for cardiomyopathy caused by activation of myocardium inflammation for various reasons,among which myocarditis is the most direct cause of myocardial dysfunction.This article mainly discusses the mechanism of immune response in the progression of inflammatory cardiomyopathy(es-pecially viral myocarditis),and mainly covers with innate immunity,acquired immunity and autoimmunity etc.And it also discusses the effects,current existing problems and development trends of immunosuppressive therapy on in-flammatory cardiomyopathy in clinical and preclinical studies.
