摘要
心力衰竭和心房颤动是临床上常见的两种心血管疾病.它们常常共存,并且密切相关,因为其中一种疾病的存在会增加另一种疾病的患病率和发病率,并可能恶化另一种疾病的预后.近年来,沙库巴曲缬沙坦在治疗心力衰竭和高血压方面已经取得重大进展.本文旨在进一步探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦在治疗心力衰竭和心房颤动方面的作用,对近年来的研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
Heart failure and atrial fibrillation are two kinds of common cardiovascular diseases in clinic.They often coexist and are closely related,because existence of one increases the prevalence and incidence of the other and may worsen the prognosis of the other.In recent years,sacubitril valsartan has achieved great progress in the treatment of heart failure and hypertension.This article aims to further explore the role of sacubitril valsartan in the treat-ment of heart failure and atrial fibrillation,and reviews the research progress in recent years.
