Research on the Management Mode Innovation of Citizen Environmental Society Participation in the Classification of Municipal Solid Waste:Its Mechanism and Countermeasures
This paper makes a qualitative analysis of the management model innovation to construct and explain the conceptual model and the impact of citizen's environmental social participation in urban solid waste classification theoretically,discusses the impact mechanism of citizen's environmental social participa-tion in urban solid waste classification management model innovation,and proposes its mechanism of political capital acquisition and the boundary conditions of ecological literacy.From the four aspects of developing re-ward mechanism,doing a good job in top-level design,creating environmental environment,and injecting innovative technology,the paper puts forward specific countermeasures to improve the participation of citizen environmental society in the innovation of urban solid waste classification management mode.The research results will provide theoretical reference for how to successfully realize the mode innovation of urban solid waste classification management in China.
