摘要
半导体集成电路产业是电子信息产业的核心,我国高度重视半导体集成电路产业,将其列为"十四五"重点发展产业.深圳是中国半导体制造的重要基地,已初步形成了以设计、制造、封测为特色的集成电路产业体系.为响应国家号召,深圳将半导体集成电路产业列入"20+8"战略性新兴产业发展重点.文章分析了半导体集成电路产业发展趋势、深圳半导体集成电路产业发展现状,指出当前深圳半导体与集成电路产业发展所面临的困难,提出推动深圳半导体集成电路产业高质量发展的建议.
Abstract
The semiconductor integrated circuit industry(SICI)is the core of the electronic information industry,and China attaches great importance to the SICI,and lists it as a key development industry in the"14th Five-Year Plan".Shenzhen is an important base for China's semiconductor manufacturing,and has initially formed an integrated circuit industry system of featuring design,manufacturing,packaging and tes-ting.In response to the call of the state,Shenzhen has included the semiconductor integrated circuit industry in the"20+8"strategic emerging industry development focus.This paper analyzes the development trend of the semiconductor integrated circuit industry and the development status of the semiconductor integrated cir-cuit industry in Shenzhen,and points out that difficulties in the development of the semiconductor and inte-grated circuit industry in Shenzhen are:the siphon effect of enterprises is obvious,the comprehensive cost of the city is rising,the government service level is weak,and Shenzhen enterprises are constantly attracted to investment.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Shenzhen's semiconductor integrated circuit industry:1.Pay attention to talent cultivation and strengthen industrial scientific and technological innovation,2.Rationally use land to ensure industrial development space,3.In-depth implementation of the"chain length system"and improve industrial chain support,4.Promote industrial agglomeration and build a world-class industrial cluster,5.Rely on the industrial invest-ment platform to improve the venture capital market.
