Continuous economic development drives the progress of information technology,which in turn makes human society step into a digital civilization era.In this context,it is a general trend to promote the digitalization of government public service.Building digital government is of great significance for quickly collecting public ideas,improving the intelligence level of public decision-making,enhancing the precision of public services,and strengthening the supervision of using public power.Currently,the construction of digital government in China is still in the exploratory stage,facing various challenges such as a lack of uni-fied management mechanism,severe digital formalism,related services trapped in trouble and difficulties in ensuring data information security.Based on this,it is necessary to strengthen the software and hardware construction of the digital government,establish a digital communication platform,eliminate digital barriers to improve digital literacy and build a digital regulatory system so as to optimize the public services of logical government.
