Hobbes's political theory points out,to a great extent,the essential characteristics and proper meaning of state power.According to the original state power structure designed by Hobbes,in the era of continuous development of artificial intelligence,"digital Leviathan"will threaten its status as the only power center;the existence of network space will create a field where traditional contracts cannot be applied;the replacement of the political management function by the innovation technology will limit its sovereignty to the pure ruling field.It can be confirmed that these difficulties faced by state power all originate from the sci-tech giants closely connected with capital.Because of the real existence value and social status of the sci-tech giants,most states have been in a dilemma of trying to tame them and resist collusion with them.
