摘要
在数字社会发展的背景下,乡村数字治理已经成为乡村振兴不可忽视的新动能,数字化成为促进乡村治理现代化的重要推动力.当前乡村数字治理存在治理主体单一、制度不健全、技术利用率低、治理环境复杂等问题,制约着乡村数字治理能力的提升.提升乡村数字治理能力需要从制度、技术、主体、价值等多重层面分析运作逻辑,并从多重逻辑中厘清数字治理能力的提升路径,为乡村数字治理的顺利推进提供参考,实现乡村振兴与乡村治理现代化发展.
Abstract
In the context of the development of the digital society,digital governance in rural areas has become an undeniable new driving force for rural revitalization,and digitalization has become an important driving force for promoting modernization of rural governance.The current rural digital governance faces problems such as a single governance entity,incomplete systems,low technology utilization,and complex governance environment,which constrain the improvement of rural digital governance capabilities.To en-hance the digital governance capability in rural areas,it is necessary to analyze the operational logic from multiple levels such as system,technology,subject,and value,and clarify the path to enhance digital gov-ernance capability from these multiple logics,providing reference for the smooth promotion of rural digital governance and realizing the modernization of rural revitalization and rural governance development.
