Research on the Mechanism of Social Organizations Promoting the Construction of Rural Governance Community in the "Integration of Three Governance"——Based on a Case Study of a Village in Southern Jiangsu Province
In the background of national governance modernization,"Integration of Three Governance"is a specific requirement for continuously improving the grassroots social governance system,and is also the only way to build a rural governance community.In the practical investigation of autonomy,rule of law,and rule of virtue in a village in southern Jiangsu Province,this study found that the village actively introduced social forces and established a village-level governance organizational structure of"three teams,two commit-tees and one family"under the promotion of social work organizations,which effectively linked public serv-ices with rural governance,and realized the organic integration of the three governance through the recon-struction of village rules and the coupling of multiple subjects.In this process,the village rules are the norms of behavior,which help to gather collective consensus;the village-level governance organizations are hubs and carriers of action,which broaden the path of participation in governance activities;Related interests are the endogenous driving force for the main body to carry out governance practice.These three jointly point to the coupling of multiple governance subjects,thereby realizing the generation of a value community,an or-ganizational community,and an action community,so that a rural governance community can be constructed.
