Deepfake technology uses algorithms such as deep learning to create and generate false infor-mation in visual and auditory content.In the past two years,the threshold of this technology was lowered,the application scenarios increased,and there arose risks from the legitimate rights and interests of citizens,the cognitive concept of human"seeing is believing",and human subjectivity became increasingly promi-nent.People therefore need to actively respond to the aspects of legal protection of citizens'rights and inter-ests,to technical clarification of counterfeiting and authenticity,and to rational reconstruction of human sub-jectivity.
