Exploration of the Research Hotspots and Future Prospects of Digital Government at Home and Abroad(2012-2022)——Based on CiteSpace Knowledge Graph Analysis

如何更好地推进数字政府建设,一直是世界各国不断探寻的重要命题.本文通过对国外web of science中的"SSCI"数据库,国内"北大核心"、"CSSCI"数据库中收录的以"数字政府"为主题的高质量文献进行分析,运用文献计量学软件CiteSpace绘制出国内外"数字政府"的可视化图谱.研究结果表明,国内外关于数字政府的研究热度持续升高,研究热点主要分布在数字政府建设的主体接纳、数据赋能、协同治理与价值指向等方面,而在此基础上对数字政府建设内在机理做进一步的有效理论建构仍不多见.因此,未来仍需进一步加强数字政府多元主体使用、数据共享评估与共享模式对比、政商关系及协同机制以及公共价值表达识别与评估等方面的研究,以加快形成构建数字政府建设具有广泛指导性意义的理论框架.
How to better promote the construction of digital government has always been an important proposition that countries around the world continue to explore.By analyzing the high-quality literature on the theme of"digital government"included in the"SSCI"database of foreign web of science,the domestic"Peking University Core"and"CSSCI"database,this paper uses the bibliometrics software CiteSpace to draw a visual map of"digital government"at home and abroad.The research results show that the research popularity of digital government at home and abroad continues to increase,and the research hotspots are mainly distributed in the areas of subject acceptance,data empowerment,collaborative governance,and val-ue orientation of digital government proposals.But on this basis,further effective theoretical construction of the internal mechanism of digital government building is still rare.Therefore,in the future,it is still neces-sary to further strengthen the research on the use of multiple subjects of digital government,data sharing e-valuation and sharing mode comparison,government-business relationship and coordination mechanism,and public value expression identification and evaluation,so as to accelerate form a broad guiding significance of the theoretical framework in establishing digital government construction.
