The high-quality development of public services is an important guarantee to promote the e-qualization of basic public services in urban and rural areas.As a new technology,digital technology pro-vides a new way to solve the low quality of public service and promote the equalization of public service.By combing related concepts,this paper builds a theoretical framework for digital technology to promote the de-velopment of government public services.Digital technology mainly promotes the development of local govern-ment public services through five aspects:supply process innovation,technical transformation,government main body optimization,public service sharing and urban-rural coordinated development.In view of the ex-isting problems in the process of enabling government public services by digital technology,such as digital divide,data island,digital vulnerable groups,lack of big data talents and data network security,five opti-mization paths are proposed:Narrow the digital gap,improve the sharing of data resources,pay more atten-tion to the"digital vulnerable groups",strengthen the training of big data professionals and the construction of digital network information security.
