Digital literacy is a necessary condition for the improvement of civil servants'professionalism in the era of artificial intelligence,and it is also an inevitable requirement for the promotion of the construc-tion of digital government.The high-quality development of digital government urgently needs civil servants to improve their"digital competence"in order to cope with the needs of digital government construction,changes in the field of administrative governance,the demand for scientific administrative decision-making,and the real demand for improving the effectiveness of administrative services.In this regard,based on the competency model,the digital competency system of civil servants is constructed from five dimensions:knowledge,skills,awareness,self-image and social role,motivation and values.By deeply analyzing the problems of civil servants'digital literacy,we explore the improvement path of civil servants'digital literacy from the five dimensions of digital knowledge,digital skills,digital awareness,digital service,and digital ethics,so as to strengthen the construction of the digital government,and comprehensively improve the abili-ty of the digital government to perform its duties in the era of artificial intelligence.
