The Two-way Drive of Digital Technology and Power Operation Mechanism:Based on An Analysis of the"Internet+Supervision"Platform of Huaihua Municipality
In the digital age,digital technology and the mechanism of power operation are interdepend-ent of each other.On the one hand,the integration of digital technology into the organization of power opera-tion promotes changes in the original institutional arrangements and optimizes the mechanism of power opera-tion.On the other hand,the power operation system mechanism has a selective approach to the adoption of digital technology,which can promote the gradual improvement of digital technology platforms and determine the direction and effectiveness of digital technology applications.Academics mainly study the function of dig-ital technology in corruption governance,while few study the role of power operation system mechanisms in digital technology.This paper,taking the"Internet+Supervision"platform of Huaihua Municipality as an ex-ample,analyzes the unique advantages of digital technology in preventing and punishing corruption,and finds how the power operation system mechanism of Huaihua municipality determines the direction and effect of the technology use of the"Internet+Supervision"platform of Huaihua municipality itself.
