With the growth of computing power based on Moore's Law and the iteration of algorithms u-sing massive human data,artificial intelligence technology has finally undergone a qualitative change,bring-ing unprecedented interactive experiences to humanity.However,problems have also arisen.The unconven-tional use of information,the algorithmic black box which sunlight struggles to penetrate into,the difficulty in regulating tort liability,and the contradiction between technological progress and interest protection have become prominent.The rapid iteration of artificial intelligence information technology has provided new de-velopment opportunities while also generating new tort issues worldwide that exceed the expectations of legis-lators,even threatening the rise and fall of human civilization.At this stage,it is urgent to analyze the tort mechanisms of algorithms,establish a robust regulatory system,and build a sound development mechanism.
