As a qualitative leap of traditional productivity and an important cornerstone of future pro-ductivity,new quality productivity is showing a strong engine,driving force and promotion force to help dig-ital village governance with its remarkable characteristics of high technology,high efficiency and high quali-ty.In the process of empowering digital village governance with new quality productivity,technological inno-vation is the core driving force,the digital platform is the bridge between the"new medium"labor materials and the connection technology and governance practice,the multiple governance subjects are the"high-quality"workers who develop and use the"new media"labor materials,and the data sharing is the inevita-ble result of synergy,which together constitute the internal logic of the new quality productivity empowering digital village governance.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the dynamic mechanism and internal logic of digital rural governance empowered by new quality productivity,this paper puts forward implementation strat-egies from the aspects of strengthening the construction of digital governance platform,improving the training mechanism of governance talents,innovating the preface technology to lead the way,improving the digital literacy of governance subjects,coordinating multi-party governance participation,and establishing and im-proving the supervision and feedback mechanism,aiming to promote the modernization and transformation of the national governance system and governance capacity.
