Synthesis and application research of epoxy modified water-borne alkyd resins
This paper introduces the synthesis of epoxy modified water-bome alkyd resin and the preparation of excellent performance iron oxide red primer with this. The influences of epoxy resin,technical condition,experimental parameters on the properties of water-borne alkyd resins are discussed,optimal recipe is obtained,and the product is characterized by IR. The hard work of vamish which prepared by this recipe is 16h,the pencil hardness is HB,the adhesion strength is 0 class,it has good water resistance and storage stability.
