高性能混凝土引气剂的制备及其性能研究

摘要
采用化学合成与改性技术制备了一种新型的高性能混凝土引气剂.该引气剂为两亲性的分子结构,具有较低的表面张力和良好的气泡稳定性.较低掺量下,能有效提高混凝土的含气量且对抗压强度影响不大;从硬化混凝土气泡特征参数可以看出,该引气剂在混凝土中引入了大量细小且均匀分布的气泡,从而有效提高了混凝土的抗冻性;同时,该引气剂与聚羧酸减水剂具有良好的复配相容性,存储稳定性好.
Abstract
A new type of high performance air -entraining agent of concrete was prepared by chemical synthesis and modification. The structure of the air-entraining agent was amphiphiles. The air-entraining agent has a low surface tension and good air bubbles stability. At lower dosage.it can increase the air content obviously. and didn't decrease the strength of the hardened concrete. The air-entraining agent introduced lots of very fine and homogeneous distribution air bubbles,and improved the frost resistance of the hardened concrete effectively. In addition. it has better compatibility and storage stability mixed with the polycarboxylic water-reducer.
