外掺料对C40透水混凝土性能的影响及机理分析

通过研究聚丙烯酸酯乳液掺量对透水混凝土抗压、抗折强度及透水系数的影响,确定其最佳掺量;采用SEM和XRD分析了透水混凝土的微观形貌和物相组成.研究了2种促凝剂对透水混凝土抗压强度、切片孔隙率的影响,并得出不同促凝剂的增强机理.研究了新型纳米材料(CNFs)对透水混凝土浆体流变性能及综合性能的影响.结果表明:聚合物乳液能在水泥浆体内部形成聚合物膜,对透水混凝土力学性能及透水功能均有改善;B组、C组促凝剂掺入后透水混凝土的7 d抗压强度明显提高,较未掺时最高分别提高了65.4%、77.0%;CNFs的掺入可使浆体呈剪切稀化现象,可用于调节浆体的触变性能,同时可显著提高透水混凝土的抗压强度,掺量0.15%时28 d抗压强度最高,较未掺时提高了56.8%.
Influence of admixture on the performance of C40 pervious concrete and mechanism analysis
By studying the influence of polyacrylate emulsion dosage on the compressive strength,flexure strength and pervious coefficient of pervious concrete,its optimum addition amount was determined.SEM and XRD were used to analyze the microscopic morphology and phase composition of pervious concrete.The effects of two coagulants on the compressive strength and slice porosity of pervious concrete were studied,and the strengthening mechanism of different coagulants was obtained.The influence of new nanomaterials(CNFs)on rheological properties and comprehensive properties of pervious concrete slurry was also studied.The re-sults show that the polymer film can be formed in the cement slurry,which can improve the mechanical properties and permeable function of pervious concrete.The strength of group B and group C increased by 65.4%and 77.0%,respectively.The addition of CNFs can make the slurry shear thinning phenomenon,adjust the thixotropic properties of slurry,and at the same time,it can sig-nificantly improve the compressive strength of pervious concrete,and the compressive strength of pervious concrete is the highest in 28 days when the content is 0.15%,which is 56.8%higher than that when it is not mixed.
