摘要

以废弃黏土砖粉为研究对象,在机械力激发(球磨35 min)的基础上,采用石灰、硅酸钠、硫酸钠等化学激发,制备高活性的砖粉基胶凝材料,通过XRD、SEM等分析砖粉活性增强的机理.田口试验得出最佳激发剂组合为:5%石灰+12%硅酸钠+15%硫酸钠.微观试验表明,激发剂可以提高试块的整体强度和水化速度,而不影响水化产物的种类.XRD分析表明,添加激发剂的试块水化程度更高,激发效果较好.SEM和EDS分析表明,添加激发剂的试块结构更致密,水化产物主要是C-(A)-S-H凝胶,填充了孔隙.

Abstract

Waste clay brick powder is taken as the research object.On the basis of mechanical excitation(ball mill 35 min),through chemical excitation such as lime,sodium silicate and sodium sulfate,highly active brick powder cementitious materials were prepared.The mechanism of brick powder activity enhancement is studied by XRD,SEM and other technologies.Taguchi test showed that the best combination of activator parameters for brick powder cementitious materials was 5%lime,12%sodium silicate and 15%sodium sulfate.Microscopic experiments show that the activator can improve the overall strength and hydration rate of the test block without affecting the type of hydration products.XRD results show that the hydration degree of the test block with activator is higher than that of the pure cement test block,and the excitation effect is better.The results of SEM and EDS showed that the structure of the test block with activator was denser,and the hydration products were mainly C-(A)-S-H gel,which filled the pores.
