自愈合抑温防水复合材料的制备与性能研究

以28 d抗压强度和抗渗压力比为指标,研制出了一种新型自愈合抑温防水复合材料.研究了掺入自愈合抑温防水复合材料砂浆的裂缝自修复性能,并对其进行XRD和SEM微观分析.结果表明:掺入自愈合抑温防水复合材料后,水泥净浆抑温率47%,混凝土一次抗渗压力比(28 d)可达400%,二次抗渗压力比(56 d)325%,28 d抗压强度比113%,砂浆0.3 mm裂缝90 d可实现自愈合.防水材料中的结晶成分和活性物质能够促使水泥水化,与水泥水化产物发生反应,生成结晶体填充裂缝和孔隙,从而提高试件的防水性能和自修复能力.
Preparation and properties of self-healing thermostatic waterproof composites
Taking 28 d compressive strength and impermeable pressure ratio as indexes,a new self-healing thermostatic waterproof composite was developed.The crack self-healing property of the mortar mixed with self-healing thermostatic waterproof composite material was studied and analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results show that after dosing self-healing thermostatic waterproof composite material,the temperature inhibition rate of cement paste is 47%,the primary impervious pressure ratio of concrete(28 d)can reach 400%,the secondary impervious pressure ratio(56 d)is 325%,the 28 d compressive strength ratio is 113%,and the 0.3 mm crack of mortar can realize self-healing after 90 d.The crystalline components and active substances in the waterproof material can promote the hydration of cement and react with the hydration products of cement to generate crystals to fill cracks and pores,thus improving the waterproof performance and self-healing ability of the test piece.
