Study on thermal and energy-saving characteristics of composite insulation system with built-in vacuum insulation board
In the frigid region and cold regions, the thermal insulation layer of passive buildings is thick. The composite insu-lation system with built-in vacuum insulation board can greatly reduce the design thickness of the thermal insulation layer, improve the room rate and reduce the public share. In this paper,CFD software was used to simulate the heat transfer and thermal perfor-mance of the composite plate, analyzed the influence of the vacuum insulation board on the composite plate after failure, and calcu-lated the additional heat transfer coefficient generated by the structural thermal bridge of the built-in insulation system. At the same time,DEST software was used to calculate the energy consumption of passive buildings with composite boards in the three climate zones of Hebei Province. The influence of vacuum insulation boards failure on building energy consumption and the guar-antee method of building operation in the later period were analyzed, which provided reference for the design of built-in thermal insulation system for composite panels in the future.
