污泥焚烧灰对超高性能混凝土基本性能的影响

污泥焚烧灰(SSA)作为主要城市固废,高效处置较为困难.以内掺SSA来制备超高性能混凝土(UHPC),研究分析SSA对UHPC流动性、凝结时间和强度的影响,在此基础上开展掺SSA的UHPC自收缩和干燥收缩试验.结果表明,掺加SSA会降低UHPC的流动度并加快UHPC的凝结硬化;UHPC的各龄期抗压强度随SSA掺量的增加先提高后降低,掺10%SSA时UHPC的抗折、抗压强度均最高;SSA的掺入有效降低了UHPC的自收缩与干燥收缩,掺30%SSA时UHPC的28d自收缩和最大干燥收缩较对照组分别减小了60.6%、31.6%,减缩效果显著.
Influence of sewage sludge ash on the properties of ultra-high performance concrete
Sewage sludge ash(SSA),as the major municipal solid waste,is difficult to be efficiently disposed of.Prepare ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)by adding SSA internally,and study and analyze the influence of SSA on the flowability,setting time,and strength of UHPC.Based on this,carry out autogenous shrinkage and dry shrinkage tests of UHPC with SSA added.The research results indicate that the addition of SSA can reduce the flowability of UHPC and accelerate its condensation rate.The compressive and flexural strength of UHPC first increase and then decrease with the increase of SSA content.When 10%SSA is added,the flexural and compressive strength of UHPC is the highest.The addition of SSA effectively reduced the self-shrinkage and dry shrinkage of UHPC.When 30%SSA was added,compared to the control group,the 28 day self-shrinkage and dry shrinkage of UHPC were reduced by 60.6%and 31.6%,respectively,showing a significant reduction effect.
