Under the condition that water in wastewater slurry replaces all the mixing water, the effect on the compatibility,com-pressive strength, dry density, drying shrinkage, and thermal conductivity of ceramisite aerated concrete blocks is investigated when the powder in the wastewater slurry replaces in equal amount or the coefficient of 0.65~1.05 replaces some of the fly ash on a conversion basis. The study shows that, when the water-cement ratio is 0.45 and in equal amount the concentration of waste water slurry is 0~18%,the average compressive strength of blocks for 28 d is 5.51~5.54 MPa,the dry density is 728~730 kg/m3,the drying shrinkage val-ue is 0.28~0.41 mm/m,and the thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.137~0.145 W/(m·K);When the concentration of wastewater slurry is 20%,the average compressive strength of blocks at 28 d is 5.18~5.43 MPa after substitution by converting based on coefficient of 0.75~0.95,dry density is 732~743 kg/m3,dry shrinkage value is 0.35~0.42 mm/m,and thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.146~0.178 W/(m·K).At this time, the blocks meet the requirements of JG/T504-2016 for CA5.0B07 blocks.
