Study on properties of new phase change energy storage foam concrete thermal insulation partition board materials for buildings
Uses solid phase change materials and phase change microcapsules as building insulation materials,and foam concrete as a carrier to form a new type of phase change energy storage foam concrete.The effects of different phase change materials on the dry density,water absorption,compressive strength and phase change cycle durability of foam concrete were investigated,and the heat transfer characteristics of foam concrete slab mixed with solid phase change materials were studied.The results show that the dry density and water absorption of foam concrete gradually decrease with the increase of the content of solid phase change materials.With the increase of phase change microcapsule content,the dry density and water absorption of foam concrete gradually increased.The foam concrete mixed with phase change microcapsules and solid phase change materials has good heat absorption characteristics,and plays a role in regulating the indoor temperature peak.
