Research on testing techniques of water vapor transmission properties of building vapor barrier materials
Introduces the testing status of building vapor barrier materials described as water vapor diffusion-equivalent air layer thickness Sd value,and makes a comparative analysis of three methods such as weighting method,infrared detection sensor method and electrolytic detection sensor method.In view of the situation that the weighing method is used to test the water vapor transmission properties of the building vapor barrier materials,the method selection of such materials has been demonstrated in terms of theoretical calculation,test accuracy,result stability,and practical operation feasibility,and the test scope and characteristic of each test method has been summarized.A feasible solution to measure the water vapor permeability of building vapor barrier materials by weighing method is put forward,that is,only one weighing period can shorten the testing period and reduce the influ-ence of interference factors,and the data is stable and can better represent the real moisture resistance of the materials.
