无机柔性建筑密封材料的研发与应用

为降低建筑能耗,提高工程质量,将无机材料通过改性制成柔性,将线密封变为面密封,研制出无机柔性密封材料.针对无机柔性密封材料的研制具体工艺流程、材料特点、施工方法和应用情况进行了分析.机柔性密封材料兼具了无机材料的耐久特性和有机材料延展性好的特点,可以应对各种建筑材料在温度变化情况下出现热胀冷缩等问题,做到与建筑使用寿命相匹配,还可把吸水率较高的材质(如ALC)和吸水率为0的材质(如钢材、铝合金)牢牢粘接在一起,解决了材料水化难题.
Study on development and application of inorganic flexible building sealing materials
In order to reduce the building energy consumption and improve the engineering quality,the inorganic material was modified to become flexible,the line seal was modified into surface seal,and the inorganic flexible sealing material was developed.The specific technological process,material characteristics,construction methods and application of inorganic flexible sealing materials were analyzed.The flexible sealing material has both the durability characteristics of inorganic materials and the good ductility characteristics of organic materials,which can cope with the problems of thermal expansion and cold contraction of various building materials under the condition of temperature change,so as to match the service life of the building,and also the material(such as ALC)with a high water absorption rate and the material(such as steel,aluminum alloy)with a water absorption rate of 0 can be firmly bonded together.The problem of material hydration is solved.
