有机硅偶联剂在水性丙烯酸酯密封胶中的粘接应用研究

以丙烯酸酯乳液为基础聚合物,以有机硅偶联剂为增粘剂制备了水性丙烯酸酯密封胶,并对其粘接和耐老化性能进行了测试.结果表明:复合硅烷偶联剂(WETLINK78和PN-630)比普通硅烷偶联剂(KH550、KH560、KH570)使得水性丙烯酸密封胶具有对玻璃、铝材、不锈钢更高的粘接强度,分别达到1.58、1.25、1.38 MPa,其粘接破坏均为内聚破坏.复合硅烷偶联剂也使得水性丙烯酸密封胶具有更加优异的储存稳定性,在老化实验中硅羟基不易水解和缩聚,经热老化后依然具有良好的粘接性能.
Research on the adhesive application of organic silicon coupling reagent in water-based acrylate sealant
Water-based acrylate sealant was prepared with acrylate emulsion as polymer and silicone coupling agent as viscosifier,and its bonding and aging resistance were studied.The results show that:Compared with ordinary silane coupling agents(KH550,KH560,KH570),the composite silane coupling agent(WETLINK78 and PN-630)makes the water-based acrylic sealant have stronger bonding strength to glass,aluminum and stainless steel,reaching 1.58,1.25 and 1.38 MPa,respectively.The bonding failure is all cohesive failure.The compound silane coupling agent also makes the water-based acrylic sealant have more excellent storage stability,the silicon hydroxyl group is not easy to hydrolysis and condensation in the aging experiment,and still has good bonding properties after thermal aging.
