摘要

为了研究ETA-10沥青混合料(ETA指Embedding thin asphalt mixture)抗滑性能及其影响因素,通过BPS平板磨光机分别对4种类型沥青混合料和3个不同油石比ETA-10沥青混合料进行磨光试验,采用衰减率评价沥青混合料的抗滑性能,以Matlab软件计算ETA-10不同体积指标与抗滑性能之间的灰色关联度.结果表明:ETA-10沥青混合料的抗滑性能优异,高黏剂掺量为0.29%时,抗滑摆值衰减率降低0.2个百分点,增强了ETA-10的抗滑性能;油石比5.5%和6.0%的ETA-10沥青混合料抗滑性能接近,两者抗滑性能均优于油石比5.0%;体积指标中对ETA-10沥青混合料抗滑摆值关联度影响大小依次为:VMA>VFA>VV.

Abstract

In order to study the anti-slip performance and influencing factors of ETA-10 asphalt mixture(ETA refers to Em-bedding thin asphalt mixture),four types of asphalt mixture and three different oil-stone ratios ETA-10 asphalt mixture were pol-ished by BPS plate grinder,the anti-skid performance of asphalt mixture was evaluated by attenuation rate,and the grey correlation between different volume indexes and anti-skid performance of ETA-10 was calculated by Matlab software.The results show that the anti-slip performance of ETA-10 asphalt mixture is excellent,and the pendulum attenuation rate is reduced by 0.2 percentage points when the high viscosity content is 0.29%,which enhances the anti-skid performance of ETA-10.The anti-skid properties of ETA-10 asphalt mixture with oil-stone ratio of 5.5%and 6.0%were similar,and the anti-skid properties of both were better than those of oil-stone ratio 5.0%.The influence of the volume index on the anti-slip sway value of ETA-10 asphalt mixture was as follows:VMA>VFA>VV.
