降黏型聚羧酸减水剂的合成及应用性能研究

采用异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG-1200)、丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)进行四元共聚,合成了一种聚羧酸减水剂JN-1,采用正交试验探究了酸醚比、单体及链转移剂用量对净浆Marsh时间的影响,以此评价其降黏性能.结果表明,JN-1的最优合成工艺为:酸醚比为2.5,MAA用量为酸总物质的量的20%,VAc用量为单体总质量的1.0%,ME用量为单体总质量的1.0%.相较普通聚羧酸DJ-200和市售降黏型S901,JN-1具有更好的降黏性能和混凝土和易性,性能与市售进口降黏型B415接近,且不影响混凝土 28 d强度.
Study on synthesis and application properties of a viscosity-reducing polycarboxylate water-reducer
TPEG-1200,AA,MAA,and VAc were used for quaternary copolymerization to synthesize a polycarboxylate water-reducer JN-1 with excellent viscosity reduction performance.Orthogonal experiments were used to investigate the effects of acid ether ratio,monomer and chain transfer agent dosage on the Marsh time of the slurry,in order to evaluate its viscosity reduction performance.The results showed that the optimal synthesis process for JN-1 is as follows:acid-ether ratio of 2.5,MAA dosage of 20%,VAc dosage of 1.0%,ME dosage of 1.0%.Compared to the ordinary polycarboxylate DJ-200 and the domestic viscosity-reducing water-reducer S901,JN-1 has better viscosity reducing performance and concrete workability,and its performance is similar to that of imported B415,without affecting the 28 d strength of concrete.
