新型防锈颜料对环氧涂层防腐性能的影响

选用目前常用的几种具有环保性、性价比高、性能优异的新型防锈颜料制备环氧防腐底漆,对比分析了新型防锈颜料与传统防锈颜料磷酸锌对环氧涂层防腐性能的影响.试验结果表明,相对于磷酸锌,采用新型防锈颜料的环氧树脂底漆的涂层抗盐雾性能及防腐性能明显提升,其中多元离子防锈颜料的涂层耐盐雾性能最突出,能达到912 h.不同类型的新型防锈颜料之间存在较大的差异,而同一厂家的防锈颜料性能差异不大.
Effect of new anti-rust pigments on anti-corrosion properties of epoxy coatings
In this paper,several new anti-rust pigments with environmental protection,high cost performance and excellent performance were selected to prepare epoxy anti-corrosion primers,and the effects of new anti-rust pigments and traditional anti-rust pigment zinc phosphate on the anti-corrosion properties of epoxy coatings were compared and analyzed.The test results show that compared with the zinc phosphate,the anti-salt spray performance and the anti-corrosion of the epoxy resin primer using the new anti-rust pigment can be significantly improved,among which the anti-salt spray performance of the coating of the multi-ion anti-rust pigment is the most prominent,which can reach 912 h.There are large differences between different types of new anti-rust pigments,and the performance of anti-rust pigments of the same manufacturer is not different.
