摘要

成分复杂、火山灰活性低是制约建筑垃圾分离渣土资源化利用的主要原因.研究了建筑垃圾分离渣土的热活化处理及其在盾构注浆料中的应用.结果表明:未经处理的建筑垃圾分离渣土主要由惰性水化产物、石英或方解石组成,经过热活化处理后,建筑垃圾分离渣土中形成了新的活性组分,部分取代粉煤灰和天然细砂后能够促进水泥基胶凝材料体系的水化反应.考虑活性激活效果和经济性,热活化温度500~800℃为宜.使用热活化温度为500 ℃的建筑垃圾分离渣土制备的盾构注浆料性能符合DB11/T 1608-2018的要求.

Abstract

The complex composition and low pozzolanic activity are the main reasons that restrict the utilization of construction waste separation residue(CWSR).In this paper,the thermal activation treatment of CWSR and its application in shield grouting mortar are studied.The untreated CWSR is mainly composed of inert hydration products,quartz or calcite.After thermal activation treatment,new active components are formed in CWSR,partial replacement of fly ash and natural fine sand can promote hydration reaction of cement-based cementitious material system.Considering the activation effect and economy,500~800 ℃ is a suitable ther-mal activation temperature range.The measured values of the performance indexes of the shield grouting mortar prepared from the CWSR at 500℃ by heat treatment can all meet the requirements of the standard DB11/T 1608-2018"Technical specification for application of pre-mixed grouting mortar for shield-driving".
