Effect of composite water retaining agent on performance of phosphorus building gypsum based mortar
This article uses phosphorus building gypsum, slag, and cement as the main raw materials to prepare phosphorus building gypsum based mortar. The orthogonal test method is used to study the effect of three water retaining agents, namely ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymer latex powder(EVA),hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC),and polyacrylamide(PAM),on the performance of phosphorus building gypsum based mortar.Analyze key influencing factors and optimal mix proportions through range and variance methods, and explore their influencing mechanisms. The results indicate that HPMC is a key factor affecting the flowability, water retention, and tensile bonding strength of phosphorus building gypsum based mortar;EVA is a key factor affecting the compressive and flexural strength of phosphorus building gypsum based mortar. The optimal mix ratio was determined to be 0.15%,0.25%,and 0.50%for EVA,HPMC,and PAM,respectively.
