装配式底部不出筋密拼叠合双向板承载特性

为探究不同参数对密拼叠合双向板承载性能的影响,通过对密拼叠合双向板在现浇层厚度、附加构造钢筋和接缝钢筋的构造分布采用数值模拟的方法进行多参数分析.结果表明:在保证上部受压钢筋、下部受拉钢筋和桁架钢筋分布方式相同的情况下,现浇层的厚度对密拼叠合楼板的挠度和抗弯承载力影响最大,接缝钢筋、构造钢筋对其影响较小.结合在四边固支下现浇双向楼板抗弯承载力挠度公式,得出四边固支下密拼叠合双向板抗弯承载力和挠度计算模型.
Bearing characteristics of assembled two-way slab without reinforcement at the bottom of assembly
In order to investigate the influence of different parameters on the bearing performance of close-packed stacked two-way slabs,a multi-parameter analysis was carried out by numerical simulation of the structural distribution of the thickness of the cast-in layer,additional structural reinforcement and joint reinforcement of the close-packed stacked two-way slabs.The results show that the thickness of the cast-in layer has the greatest influence on the deflection and flexural capacity of the close-packed stacked slab,and the joint reinforcement and structural reinforcement have less influence on it,while the distribution of the upper compression reinforcement,the lower tensile reinforcement and the joist reinforcement is the same.Combined with the formula of flexural capacity and deflection of cast-in-place two-way floor slab under 4-side fixed support,the calculation model of flexural capacity and deflection of close-packed stacked two-way slab under 4-side fixed support is obtained.
