水化-结晶法水泥基复合相变材料的制备与性能表征

以水泥为胶凝封装材料,采用水化-结晶法制备了新型聚乙二醇(PEG)-水泥复合相变材料,研究了PEG-水泥复合相变材料的微观结构、化学成分、储热性能及热稳定性.试验结果表明,PEG填充在水泥水化产物的孔隙中,水泥对PEG的封装效果良好,并且PEG与水泥仅是物理混合,没有发生化学反应;制备的PEG-水泥复合相变材料熔融相变潜热为37.47 J/g,并且在300℃以下具有良好的热稳定性,能作为调温剂用于建筑节能.
Preparation and characterization of composite phase change material based on hydration-crystallization method
Based on hydration-crystallization method,a novel kind of polyethylene glycol(PEG)-cement composite phase change material was prepared by using cement as cementitious packaging material.The microstructure,chemical composition,thermal storage performance and thermal stability of PEG-cement composite phase change material were studied.The experimental results showed that PEG was filled in the pores of cement hydration products,indicating that the cement had a good encapsulation effect on PEG.PEG and cement were only physically mixed without chemical reaction.The prepared PEG-cement composite phase change material had the maximum melting enthalpy of 37.47 J/g and good thermal stability below 300 ℃,which can be used as a temperature-regulating agent for building energy conservation.
