Mix ratio of rice husk ash waste brick regenerated pervious concrete
In order to explore the mix ratio of rice husk ash and waste brick recycled pervious concrete, this experiment adopts standard four-factor and three-level orthogonal table design experiment to explore the effects of water-cement ratio, target porosity, waste brick aggregate replacement rate and rice husk ash content on the strength, water permeability and frost resistance of pervious concrete. The results show that when the water-cement ratio is 0.3,the target porosity is 10%,the aggregate replacement rate of waste brick is 40%,and the content of rice husk ash is 6%,the performance of recycled pervious concrete is better. Its compressive strength is 11.28 MPa,splitting tensile strength is 1.99 MPa,permeability coefficient is 0.56 cm/s,porosity is 37.5%,and compressive strength is 3.74 MPa after 50 freeze-thaw cycles.
