含聚合氯化铝废渣的绿色超高性能混凝土性能研究

采用聚合氯化铝(PAC)废渣磨细制成的PAC废渣粉替代部分水泥制备绿色超高性能混凝土(UHPC),研究了PAC废渣粉对UHPC工作性能、力学性能、抗氯离子渗透性能以及干燥收缩性能的影响,并分析其微观机理.结果表明:随PAC废渣粉替代量的增加,UHPC的扩展度增大;掺入PAC废渣粉不利于UHPC的早期强度,而28 d抗压强度随PAC废渣粉替代量的增加先提高后降低,当PAC废渣粉取代量为150kg/m3时,28 d抗压强度最高,较基准组提高了10.2%;随PAC废渣粉替代量的增加,UHPC的抗氯离子渗透性能及干燥收缩性能均先提高后降低,当PAC废渣粉替代量为150 kg/m3,抗氯离子渗透性能及干燥收缩性能最佳.
Properties of green ultra-high performance concrete containing polyaluminum chloride waste residue
The green ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)was prepared by grinding the waste residue of polyaluminum chloride(PAC)to replace some cement.The influence of PAC waste residue powder on the working performance,mechanical proper-ties,chloride ion penetration resistance,and drying shrinkage performance of UHPC was studied,and the micro mechanism was ana-lyzed.The results show that as the amount of PAC waste powder replacing cement increases,the expansion of UHPC increases;The addition of PAC waste slag powder is not conducive to the early strength of UHPC,and the compressive strength at 28 days first increases and then decreases with the increase of PAC waste slag powder replacing cement.When the replacement amount of PAC waste slag powder is 150kg/m3,the compressive strength at 28 days is the highest,which is 10.2%higher than that of the reference group;As the amount of PAC waste slag powder replacing cement increases,the resistance to chloride ion penetration and drying shrinkage performance of UHPC first increase and then decrease.When the amount of PAC waste slag powder replacing is 150 kg/m3,the resistance to chloride ion penetration and drying shrinkage performance is the best.
