Mechanical properties and microscopic analysis of tantalum niobium tailings basalt fiber concrete
Tantalum niobium tailings basalt fiber reinforced concrete was prepared when tantalum niobium tailings were partially used as a substitute for river sand, and the effects of tantalum niobium tailings content on the slump and bleeding rate, shrinkage resistance, compressive strength, tensile strength, and flexural strength of the concrete were studied, and microscopic testing and grey theory analysis were conducted. The results show that the slump of basalt fiber reinforced concrete with 20%tantalum niobium tailings is the highest,at 190mm.The secretion rate of group A20 at 60min increased by 150.0%compared to 10min.The shrinkage value of group A20 during the 28 day maintenance period increased by 10.4%compared to 3 days.A20 has the highest compressive strength, tensile strength, and bending resistance at a curing age of 28 days, and the mechanical properties are optimal. When the curing age is 28 days, there is a small amount of Aft generated in the A20 group, which fills the microcracks of the matrix.
