7-辛烯-1醇聚氧乙烯醚制备及其合成减水剂研究

采用 7-辛烯-1 醇(OEA)与环氧乙烷(EO)在氢化钠(NaH)催化下发生开环反应制得聚醚大单体,再将大单体与丙烯酸(AA)共聚制得新型醚类聚羧酸减水剂.结果表明,采用占大单体质量0.05%的NaH催化剂,聚醚的有效含量最高达到97%左右.随着聚醚重均分子质量增大,分散性能先提高后降低,当聚醚重均分子质量为 4000 时,得到的减水剂性能最优,合适的反应条件为:酸醚比[n(AA)∶n(OEA4000)]=7、引发剂(维生素C)、双氧水和链转移剂(巯基乙醇)用量分别为单体总物质的量的0.6%、2.4%、4.0%.合成的减水剂减水和保坍性能与常规甲基烯丙醇聚醚(HPEG)合成的减水剂相当,但引气及稳泡性能明显增强,能较好地改善混凝土的和易性.
Synthesis and properties of polycarboxylate superplasticizer from 7-octene-1 alcohol polyoxyethylene ether
In this paper,Sodium hydride(NaH)as catalyst,7-octene-1 alcohol polyoxyethylene ether macromonomer was pre-pared by ring-opening polymerization of ethylene oxide(EO)induced by 7-octene-1 alcohol(OEA).Then,a new type of Polycarboxy-late Superplasticizer was prepared by copolymerization of 7-octene-1 alcohol polyoxyethylene ether macromonomer and acrylic acid.The results show that with 0.05%(macromonomer mass)NaH,the highest effective content of polyether is about 97%.With the in-crease of molecular weight of polyether,the dispersion ability of PCE increases first and then decreases.When the molecular weight of polyether is 4000,the performance of PCE is optimal.The optimum conditions were n(AA)∶n(OEA4000)=7,the dosage of Vc,hydrogen peroxide and mercaptoethanol were 0.6%,2.4%and 4%of total monomer mole.The dispersion and liquidity retention of PCE are close to that of HPEG-PCE,but the bubble stability is obviously enhanced,which can better improve the workability of concrete.
