Study on preparation and properties of one-component environmentally friendly epoxy resin slurry
A one-component epoxy resin binder was prepared by using E-51 epoxy resin,methyl isobutyl ketone and m-xy-lylenediamine as raw materials,and a one-component environmentally friendly epoxy resin pressure slurry was prepared.The effects of self-made one-component epoxy resin binder content on the operating time,compressive strength,flexural strength and bonding durability of the slurry were investigated.The effects of different curing environments on the mechanical properties of one-compo-nent epoxy resin slurry,and the bonding strength of one-component epoxy resin slurry under different anchorage lengths were in-vestigated.The research shows that when the content of one-component epoxy resin binder is 10%,the anchorage length of one-component epoxy resin slurry is 2.5 m,the temperature is 33～42℃,and the relative humidity is 55%～90%for 14 days,the ultimate tensile drawing force of the bonding system of pre-stressed steel strand and one-component epoxy resin slurry reaches 1839 kN,which is greater than the design requirement of 1723 kN.
