回收料掺量对热再生沥青混合料路用性能的影响

选取10%、30%、50%三个回收料掺量制备AC-16热再生沥青混合料,通过试验测试其稳定度、动稳定度、最大弯拉应变、冻融劈裂强度比、汉堡车辙剥落点等高温、低温、水稳、抗老化等路用性能,并与相同级配全新混合料路用性能进行对比,分析不同回收料掺量条件下热再生沥青混合料路用性能变化的规律.结果表明,随回收料掺量增加,热再生沥青混合料高温性能逐渐提高,低温性能逐渐降低,水稳性能先提高后降低.在保证良好路用性能的基础上兼顾经济因素和环保效益,推荐热再生沥青混合料回收料最佳掺量为30%左右.
The influence of RAP rate on the road performance of hot recycled asphalt mixture
The AC-16 hot recycled asphalt mixture is prepared with three RAP rates of 10%,30%and 50%.The road per-formance indicators such as stability,dynamic stability,maximum bending tensile strain,freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio,Hamburg rut peeling point and other high temperature,low temperature,water stability,anti-aging and other road performance indicators are tested through tests,and compared with the road performance of the new mixture with the same grading,analyze the law of changes in the road performance of hot recycled asphalt mixtures caused by different RAP rates.The experimental results show that as the RAP rates increases,the high-temperature performance of hot recycled asphalt mixture gradually enhances,the low-temperature per-formance gradually decreases,and the water stability performance first enhances and then decreases.On the basis of ensuring good road performance,while considering economic and environmental benefits,it is recommended that the RAP rate of hot recycled as-phalt mixture is around 30%.
