生态烧结料制备免烧砖试验研究

以生态烧结料为主要原料,采用压制成型法制备免烧砖,研究了成型压力、原料配比等对免烧砖抗压强度的影响,并进行了免烧砖制备工业化试验.结果表明:成型压力20 MPa时,在m(生态烧结料)∶m(水泥)∶m(炉渣)∶m(废砖石)=45∶15∶15∶25条件下,免烧砖的7、28 d抗压强度分别达到12.98、16.04 MPa;按照优化的原料配比,工业化试验制备的免烧砖性能符合JC/T 422-2007《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》中MU15要求,试样表面无凹凸、裂缝、破损和分层等现象.凝胶物质与生态烧结料中矿物以及其他物质相互交织,将胶凝材料体系中的颗粒紧密包裹,形成致密的网状结构,提高了免烧砖的抗压强度.
Experimental study on preparation of unburned brick with ecological sinter
Unburned bricks were prepared with ecological sinter as the main raw material by pressing forming method.The ef-fects of forming pressure and raw material ratio on the compressive strength of the unburned bricks were studied in the laboratory,and the industrialization experiment of unburned bricks preparation was carried out.The results showed that the 7 d and 28 d com-pressive strength of the unburned bricks under the condition that the forming pressure 20 MPa and the mass ratio of ecological sin-ter,cement,slag and waste brick 45∶15∶15∶25 can reach 12.98 MPa and 16.04 MPa respectively.Under the optimized raw material ra-tio,all the performance indexes of the unburned bricks prepared by the enlarged industrial test meet the MU15 grade requirements of JC/T 422-2007"Non-fired rubbish gangue brick",and the surface of the samples have no bump,crack,damage and stratification.The microscopic analysis shows that the gel material is interwoven with the mineral and other substances in the ecological sinter,and the particles in the rubber material system are tightly wrapped at the same time,forming a dense network structure,which is the main reason for the high compressive strength of the unburned brick.
