Study on the synergistic preparation and performance of regenerated controllable fillers from multiple solid wastes
Controllable low strength material(CLSM)is a new type of backfill material that replaces traditional graded sand and gravel backfill. It has good workability and mechanical properties. In order to improve the utilization rate of solid waste in CLSM,reduce the amount of cement, reduce the engineering cost and construction difficulty,CLSM was prepared by using solid waste materials such as recycled fine powder and slag powder with shield slag. The fluidity of CLSM prepared by multi-solid waste such as slag powder, recycled fine powder and shield muck can be controlled in the range of 135~215 mm,and the compressive strength can be controlled in the range of 3.40~5.93 MPa.The optimum content of recycled fine powder is 20%,the optimum con-tent of slag powder is 30%,and the compressive strength can reach 5.93 MPa.The compound addition of recycled fine powder and slag powder can promote each other, convert more cement product CH into C-S-H gel material to fill the pore structure and im-prove the structural strength of the material.
