滩涂淤泥固化剂配合比优化及其强度研究

为提高滩涂淤泥的资源化利用率,可以通过在滩涂淤泥中按一定的配合比加入由水泥、矿渣、石膏等制备的固化剂来提高其工程可利用性.探究了以水泥、矿渣、石膏为原材料的固化剂的固化效果.结果表明:根据抗压强度,确定水泥、矿渣和石膏的最优配比分别为 22.5%、70.0%和 7.5%;在掺入 20%最优配比固化剂的情况下,固化后滩涂淤泥 3、7、28 d无侧限抗压强度分别为1.51、2.03、3.37 MPa.微观分析表明,固化剂中水化产物与淤泥颗粒相互结合,提高了整体抗压强度.固化剂可以在有效提高滩涂淤泥资源化利用率的同时兼顾工程经济性.
Optimization of mixture design of solidification admixtures for beach silt and its strength study
In order to improve the resource utilization rate of mudflat sludge,the engineering availability of mudflat sludge can be improved by adding a curing agent prepared by cement,slag,gypsum,etc.according to a certain mix proportion.Explored the solidification effect of curing agents using cement,slag,and gypsum as raw materials.The results indicated that the solidification a-gent with the optimal mechanical performance contains a cement-slag-gypsum ratio of 22.5%-70%-7.5%.In the case of 20%opti-mal solidification agent,the unconfined compressive strength of beach silt after curing for 3 days,7 days and 28 days is 1.51 MPa,2.03 MPa and 3.37 MPa,respectively.Micro-analysis result shows that the hydration products in the solidification agent are com-bined with silt particles to improve the overall compressive strength.Moreover,solidification agent can effectively improve the engi-neering availability of beach silt and take into account the engineering economy at the same time.
