高强度风电灌浆料的配制及其性能研究

分别设计了抗压强度达120、130、140 MPa级的高强度风电灌浆料配比A、B、C,并对其性能进行了研究.结果表明,配比A、B、C流动度、抗压强度、竖向膨胀率等关键指标均能满足设计要求.为保证灌浆料良好的施工性能和微膨胀性能,粉体减水剂掺量不宜低于0.5%,同时塑性膨胀剂掺量不宜低于 0.024%.对配比B不同温度下工作性能和力学性能的研究显示,随着环境温度的升高,风电灌浆料初始流动度降低,流动度经时损失变大.风电灌浆料在10℃环境中养护,对各龄期抗压强度均有影响,在30、40、50℃环境中养护,各龄期抗压强度均有一定幅度提高,低温或高温对1d龄期影响最大.为保证灌浆料的施工性能,适宜施工环境温度为10~40℃,否则需采取降温或保温措施.
Preparation and performance study of high strength wind power grouting material
In this paper,proportioning A,B and C of high strength wind power grouting material with compressive strength of 120 MPa,130 MPa and 140 MPa were designed and formulated,and their properties were studied.The research results showed that:The key indicators such as flowability,compressive strength,and vertical expansion rate of proportioning A,B,and C can meet the design requirements.To ensure the good construction performance and micro expansion performance of the grouting material,the dosage of powder water reducing agent should not be less than 0.5%,and the dosage of plastic expansion agent should not be less than 0.024%.The working and mechanical properties of proportioning B at different temperatures were studied,and the results showed that:As the temperature increases,the initial fluidity of the wind power grouting material gradually decreases,and the loss of fluidity of the grouting material gradually increases.The wind power grouting material cured in a 10℃ environment has an impact on the compressive strength of each age group.When cured at 30℃,40℃,and 50℃,the compressive strength of each age group has a certain increase,with low or high temperatures having the greatest impact on the 1-day age group.To ensure the construction performance of the grouting material,the construction environment temperature should not exceed 40℃ and should not be lower than 10℃,otherwise cooling or insulation measures need to be taken.
