特种非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的研制

非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料高温性能较低,无法应用于立面、坡屋面等位置,且 130℃时黏度高,需加热到 160℃以上才可进行施工,消耗大量能源和废气的排放.开发了特种非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的配方.并分析SBS、SBR、橡胶粉、沥青和软化油、无机填料、分散助剂和C5石油树脂等原材料对其性能的影响.结果表明:特种非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料相对普通非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料软化点提高 35℃,耐热性提高 30℃,130℃黏度降低 1810 mPa·s,90℃时与防水卷材不发生滑移,具有高耐热性、低黏度的特点,可用于立面、坡屋面防水,可在130℃施工,降低能源消耗.
Preparation of special non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproof coating
Non-curable rubber asphalt waterproof coating has low high-temperature performance and cannot be applied to facades,sloping roofs,and other locations.Moreover,its viscosity is high at 130℃,and it needs to be heated to above 160℃ before construction can proceed,consuming a large amount of energy and exhaust emissions.In this experiment,the effects of SBS,SBR,rubber powder,asphalt and oil,inorganic fillers,dispersing additives and C5 petroleum resin on the properties of non-curable rubber asphalt waterproof coating were analyzed to develop special non-curable waterproof coating formula.The results show that the softening point of the special non-curable property increases by 35℃,the heat resistance increases by 30℃,the viscosity decreases by 1810 mPa·s at 130℃,and the slip resistance of the sheet material does not slip at 90℃.The special non-curable rubber asphalt waterproof coating has the characteristics of high heat resistance and low viscosity,and can be used for waterproofing of facade or slope roof.The construction can be carried out at 130℃,reducing energy consumption.
