摘要

研究了不同压边砂浆和密封材料的地下底板桩头防水密封材料的凝结时间、应用效果及与底板大面预铺高分子防水卷材的相容性.结果表明,快干型抗渗高强防水砂浆作为桩头防水卷材压边砂浆,硅烷改性聚醚防水涂料作为密封材料,可有效解决桩头防水密封问题.研究结果可为地下底板采用预铺高分子防水卷材施工的项目提供桩头防水密封的材料组合方案,解决桩头易渗漏的问题.

Abstract

This paper studies the setting time,application effect and compatibility with polymer waterproof sealing material pre-laid on the large surface of the underground bottom plate pile head using different edge pressing mortars and sealing materials.The results show that the quick-drying impermeable high-strength waterproof mortar as the pressing mortar for pile head coil and the silane modified polyether waterproof coating as the sealing material can effectively solve the waterproof sealing problem of pile head.The research results can provide a material combination scheme for pile head waterproof sealing for the project of underground bottom plate construction using pre-laid polymer waterproof coil,and solve the problem of pile head leakage.
